Holy cow it's been a long time since I've been in here.  Hope all is well for everyone.  I just wanted to wish everyone a wonderful Christmas and a safe and funfilled New Year.  Take care and leave me a note, even if you're a stranger.    I'll be off to Cali to visit my family and Cali friends in a few hours.  Woo hoo!  Oh, and you can find me on Myspace as jim_yang too.  -  Jim

Sorry people.  I'm feelin' lazy, so no updates at the moment.    Take care though.  -  Jim

Holy COW it's hot outside!    Thank goodness for the AC.  MN is in the high 90's and low 100's, which is very hot, but imagine being in CA right now.  It's freakin 120+ degrees out there.  Anyhow, hope everyone is keeping cool and drinking a lot of fluids in this scorching heat.  Take care now.  -  Jim

Sushi, BBQ, and drinks with great friends this Saturday.  Woot!  Can't wait!

Monday, July 24, 2006

The weekend was great.  Friday night was spent hanging out with Nou and her family and friends for her going away party.  "Good luck and take care in Japan!"

Saturday was spent at Maplewood bowling alley again, since we weren't satisfied with last weekend's bowling frenzy.  ..and I was on fire at the end of the night too and bowled a 171.  It's not that good of a score, but it was good enough to win one of the games against the buddies.  Woot!    Besides the bowling, it was also Bong and Allen's B-days, so "Happy B-day to you two!"  Besides the drinking during the bowling, I had a drink with each of the B-day boys and that ended my Saturday night.

As for Sunday, we went out to see "Tou and Mai" at Mounds theater and that was a hilarious and well put together Hmong movie.  "Great job guys!!"  The actors, story, and soundtrack were awesome.  It was the last showing, so if you guys missed it, then you'll have to wait for the DVD to come out.  But check it out when it gets released, cause you'll love the movie and the soundtrack.  Sunday ended with a late night dinner at Perkin's with the buddies after the movie.  It's always a pleasure to be around great friends.  Wish my other great friends and family from afar were here too, but I will see you all soon.  Take care and have a great week.

Jim
